Cast Iron Sump Pumps
This range of rugged cast iron submersible pumps is suitable for many dewatering, drainage, water treatment and sewerage applications.

They come in three broad types: They all feature dry motor design with automatic thermal overload protection and mechanical overload switch (autocut). They have dual mechanical seals in a cast iron oil chamber, stainless steel shafts, and dual ball bearings for smooth running and long life. These motors are designed to provide high starting torque without drawing excessive current.

All come with H07RN-F cables for durability in harsh environments, with epoxied electrical connections to ensure water tightness.

Features
  • Durable cast iron construction with high abrasion resistance to suspended particles.
  • Dual mechanical seals in oil bath with lip seal for better motor protection.
  • Epoxy electrical cable prevents water ingress.
  • (Single Phase 1500W Models) Dry motor design with cap start/cap run provides great motor protection with maximum starting torque.
  • Continuous Duty rating (40°C) and intermittent duty (50°C) to handle the largest and toughest jobs.
  • 30 metre maximum submergence for deep pit dewatering.
  • Stainless steel fasteners are corrosion protected for long life.
  • (Grinder Models) Dual cutter design in stainless grade 440C, hardened to 55 Rockwell C ensures long service life in typical sewerage applications.
  • (Grinder Models) Grinder assembly is replaceable without disassembling pump for short repair downtime.
  • Optional guide rails (sold separately) increase safety by removing requirement to enter pit.
  • Stainless steel shaft with dual ball bearings and short overhang. Corrosion resistant, smooth running, and reduces deflection to prolong seal and bearing life.
